Employment Practice Liability Insurance (EPLI)

EPLI provides protection for the employer against claims made by current, former, or potential employees for actual or alleged discrimination, wrongful termination, sexual harassment and such allegations. It also protects employees from employers who may take advantage of their positions and may harass them in any of the above mentioned ways.
